When did you drink a big glass of raw vegetable juice?

If you can't even remember no wonder you are struggling with fatigue, weight gain, sleep disturbance. mood swings and digestion issues.
Drinking a vegetable juice is one of the easiest way to cover your body with a full spectrum of minerals and vitamins. Minerals and vitamins support specific functions in your body like potassium for example is a natural electrolyte that supports blood pressure and water fluid. 
People who eat a diet high in meat, dairy, sugar, and wheat have seen dramatic improvements by just adding one cup of fresh pressed vegetable during the day. They noticed significant improvements in their sleep, skin and digestion just in few days. 

Begin of January is a good time to start new habits, so why not starting to juice.

If you are really looking for that magic weight loss pill, consider adding more raw vegetables to your diet. 
But here is the catch, you have to press the juice yourself. Lots of juices are being sold in the supermarkets but they are pasteurized, which means that the juice was heated up to 500 degrees to reduce the risk of fungus and bacteria. Heating vegetable juice reduces all its minerals and vitamins  and you end up with just a good tasting water. 
So get up from your couch, order a juicer and start juicing!
