So here is a little glimpse into one of my weekdays:
I usually get up around 7.00am I start my day with a cup of green tea made with Matcha Green Powder.
Around 7.30am I have a WHOLE-GRAIN muesli which is filled with flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, dates.....an I use organic, unsweetened soy milk.
At 10.00am I eat a fruit salad like bananas, strawberries, grapes, papaya.
At 12.30pm I have a vegetable wrap like lettuce, olives, avocado, tomatoes on a whole-grain wrap with hummes.
At 3.30pm I always make myself a FRUIT/VEGETABLES SMOOTHIE blueberries, protein powder like VEGA (pea protein powder), coconutmilk, some spinach leaves, lots of strawberries
At 5.30pm Dinner which usually involves stir-fried vegetables with some grains like quinoa, buckwheat, couscous. My ratio of vegetables to grains is around 80/20. If I eat too many grains I get very hungry for cookies after eating!
At 9.00pm Goodnight Tea my own teablend with a few dark chocolate covered almonds
I do not eat everyday the same thing, but I try to eat 5 times a day since that keeps me energized throughout the day. I do have a sweet tooth, which I keep happy with dark chocolate covered nuts or fruit smoothies.
